Open now on the Riverwalk. Rio Burger is the newest concept from the team at Taco Rio, tucked alongside the cantina on the Chicago Riverwalk. The menu centers on one thing done right — wagyu beef burgers with thick-cut bacon, American cheese, and caramelized onions. New this year, we're opening early: breakfast burritos and fresh coffee, served select mornings on the Riverwalk. Breakfast schedule coming next week.
